ESP Updates API

ESP Updates enables suppliers to more efficiently and accurately manage and edit their product data. Suppliers will no longer have to rely on time-consuming manual data entry to revise or update their product data. Our API enables suppliers to make on-demand or scheduled real-time changes and additions to their product data.

Getting started:
  • Get a test account - To request access to our ESP Updates API, send an email to with your name, email address and ASI number.
  • ASI will create a log in for you to access the protected pages of this website which contains the API documentation. That log in information will be sent to the email address you provided.
  • Once you feel you are ready to post data to the Production database, please send an email to and we will provide you with the proper production credentials.

ESP Updates API Versions:

From time-to-time, in the pursuit of constant improvement, ASI may update the data model, API and/or associated programming. If such updating occurs and causes a "breaking change", registered users will be notified and have 90 calendar days to make the necessary changes to utilize the new version. After the 90 days period, ASI will no longer support the version previous to the update. All calls (Login, GET, POST) MUST be done within its own version. You cannot mix GETS & POSTS between versions.

EXAMPLE: If I perform a GET in version 5, I must POST updates in version 5.
